MarCOSIO: Economic Benefit and Analysis Report – TOR

As part of the MarCOSIO deliverables, BCC and WIOMSA has issued a Terms of Reference for the development of an Economic Benefit and Analysis Report.

The Benguela Current Convention (BCC) and the Western Indian Ocean Marine Science Association (WIOMSA), on behalf of the Marine and Coastal Operations for Southern Africa (MarCOSIO), are inviting proposals from senior consultants to undertake the assessment and demonstrable importance of Earth Observation services for decision-making on ocean governance and enabling the development of the ocean economy, using MarCOSIO as a case study.
